Dr. Kountze

Kauntze was abroad when this file was previously circulated. He will, I think, now like to see the reports at (4) and (5) in connection with the one by Dr. Selwyn Clark on the 1946 file attached. I have suggested possible further action on both (5) in this file and (1) in my minute of even date on the 1946 file.

The two reports by Dr. Fehily which were at (6) seem to have been removed. I have asked Registry to look into this.

I have written to the Foreign Office re. Z of Mr. Mae's minute of 14/1 as in letter opposite.
